Yesterday evening I have distributed the E-50 Handbook for Public Review.
I have forgotten to draw the special attention to the fact that this draft is a Handbook send, as an exceptional case, for Public Review.
The following note is also on the cover page of the new pdf-file that is attached to this e-mail and available for download from the Website.
Please make sure, when distributing the document to include the following note:

This ECSS is a draft Handbook circulated to the ECSS community for Public Review.
It shall be remarked that this document is not a Standard but a Handbook to support ECSS-E-50 series of standards.
People reviewing this document shall take this into account while raising comments.
As an exception this Handbook is distributed for Public Review with the request to the ECSS community to raise DRRs.
However, after the dispositioning of the DRRs the originator will not be asked to endorse the dispositions of the DRRs and the updated draft.

The TA decided at their meeting on 27 May 2008 to release following draft for Public Review:

End of Public Review: 23 July 2008
Please review this draft and use for your comments the ECSS-DRR form.
We would appreciate to receive your comments latest at the end of the review period by electronic mail to the ECSS Secretariat (ecss-secretariat@esa.int).
In case you have no comments please submit to the ECSS Secretariat a reply stating at least "No comments to the draft [title of draft]" .
Due to the size of the e-mail attachment you will receive another e-mail with a link to download the document from the ECSS Website.
