The Commands-menu does not seem to work   To use the Commands-menu and to login, it is necessary to enable cookies and JavaScript in your web browser. If, for security reasons, these feautures are disabled in your browser, you may not be able to use the commands-menu. The rest of the site should work normally. In most cases, you can enable them yourself in Netscape and Internet Explorer. See the help information of your browser or ask your helpdesk.
