I'm interested in the same question.
i need to understand better what does it mean double insulation, if there are electrical values of references by mean of we can say that one is a single, double or reinforced insulation.
if double means that we have twice of insulation.
because it seems that the insulation test value is the same both for single and double insulated cables.
