While ECSS-Q-ST-40C is on the list of recently (6th March) released standards, the download links are dead.
Can someone please provide the pdf file for download or attach it to this thread?!

I have just tried the links, and they work perfectly. have you tried with other standards?. If your problem is with any standard, it may be that you are not logged-in (which is mandatory to be able to download standards), or your browser is not the appropriate one (use Firefox 3.x or IE 6 or higher; other browser can work, but it cannot be ensured), or your browser configuration is not appropriate (you need to have "cookies" enabled).
