Why ECSS-Q-60-11A is discontinued with no "sucessor" ?

Does anyone know the rationale behind the ECSS-Q60-11A cancelation ?
The derating part have been replaced by the ECSS-Q-ST-30-11A but the End of Life parameters have been dropped with no successors when the ECSS-Q-60-11A have been Discontinued. And no new ECSS standard on End of life is foreseen…
I have also seen that the end of life parameters should have been gathered in a technical memo but looking in the ECSS proceedings it appears that ESA have rejected the memo during the editorial process. So to my view there are no more ECSS/ESA consensus on End of Life parameters…
Why the standard End of life parameters have been removed ?
What in the End of Life data is so problematic to prevent their publication even as a non binding technical memo ?
Are the data all wrong or inadequate for analysis ?

Does anyone has information on the issue ?
Are the parameters useable (i.e produce coherent WCA estimations) for space designs ?
Many thanks
